Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with businesses, farms, schools, municipal governments, tribes, and churches about energy opportunities.
- Contact leads and provide information to clients as needed
- Perform site assessments to determine energy savings opportunities
- Advise on funding and grant opportunities for businesses and organization
- Perform community outreach; identify potential customers, and engage
- Write, review, and/or coordinate grant applications
- Craft and organize PowerPoint presentations
- Work cohesively and exclusively with the BES Energy Team
- Complete energy assessments and GhG Emissions reduction reports
Required Qualifications:
- College level or Masters level Degree.
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage our professional stakeholders and community members
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Excellent English speaking and English report writing skills
- Experience in policy writing
- Work well independently and with a team, including with key partners
- Be highly organized and comfortable with a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate experience with social media and digital marketing.
