The MHF Services Manager is accountable for driving Home Services selling behaviors and sales results, taking an entrepreneurial approach.

The Manager's primary goal is to engage selling associates, call centre associates, and ecom marketing to drive the Major Home Fashion service programs.

Facilitate their work while fostering a culture that emphasizes customer experience and after sale service & experiences.

In addition, in this position, the Manager will be responsible for leading the MHF Service programs, managing all services P&L's, and reporting program performance to Senior Manager and Merchants.


What You Will Do

  • Drive Hudson's Bay after sale service Total Guard and all other MHF programs
  • Create and implement program training materials for new Associates and Managers
  • Work in heavy collaboration with Associate Managers to ensure all store associates are well versed in Total Guard
  • Develop and implement Sales Plans based of Merchant data for the Total Guard Program
  • Hold Districts accountable to attach rates and performance
  • Review and share weekly unit attach reporting with merchants and business partners
  • Interpret weekly data and trends, implement solutions that drive results
  • Report on monthly P&Ls
  • Present results to Merchants monthly and quarterly
  • Generate monthly Total Guard Associate Reporting and communicating to Total Guard Champions and stores via district calls
  • Leverage District Managers and District calls to communicate performance results, promotions and program changes
  • Assist and coach customer care centre on Total Guard program, escalated customer service issues regarding installation, Total Guard and manufactures warranty claims
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors to ensure all information is up to date and accurate
  • Host training sessions with store and call centre teams, identify opportunities and provide solutions to drive and impact results
  • Create and launch new test initiatives to drive results, while reporting and sustaining these tests to prove effectiveness.
  • Working with cross functional partners in Finance, ensure completion of monthly invoicing, P&L management and program marketing collateral.

  • Manager Product Knowledge Learning and Home Google Sites
  • Posting new content to google sites
  • Connecting with merchants to understand top priorities
  • Support MHF VIP Process when needed
  • Voice of the Customer insights, providing reporting and key call outs to Senior Manager
  • Communicate store feedback to Senior Manager and propose solutions that would benefit both Stores and Home Vendors

What You Will Need:

- _Bachelor's degree in a related field or workplace experience equivalen_t._
- _Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing selling teams within a multi-channel customer contact center._
- _Demonstrated experience in motivating and developing a high performing team._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective presentation skills._
- _Strong prioritization and time management skills with ability to delegate effectively._
- _Ability to be flexible and adapt to a constantly changing environment._
- _Proven ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization including cross-functional teams._
- _A self motivated _entrepreneurial_ individual with ability to adapt to change and take ownership and initiative. _
- _Ability to travel within the city limits to other stores_
