You would be assisting on supporting our efforts to consistently surpass our customers and clients' expectations by providing a superior customer service experience.


What Would You Be Doing?

  • Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries with high professionalism.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently and follow up with the customer in a timely manner.
  • Inform and advise guests, students and staff on the products and services provided.
  • Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities
  • Process online and inperson permit sales.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Working with parking software to patrol parking sites, will require a comfort level with technology. We are looking for someone who can assist with equipment repairs and sign installations.
  • Patrol and enforce parking in various facilities and sites. Litter pickup and overall cleanliness of lots and parking equipment. Learn and understand internal processes, protocols, and ability to complete minor paperwork. Clean work areas and vehicles. Learn and follow safety procedures with other workers and the public. Perform miscellaneous laboring activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Shifts: 7am 3pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Gas and Vehicle provided during shift.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is required.
  • Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to maintain and organize filing systems and basic databases.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well alone an as within a teamoriented environment.

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Driving: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Personal Vehicle Insurance (5 Years) (preferred)
