We are looking for a dedicated Medical Coordinator/Physician Assistant to join us in our
Toronto location

The responsibilities of the Medical Coordinator will include:

  • Assisting Physician with patient summaries, procedures, post treatment follow-up.
  • Assisting Physician with treatment room set up, consent forms and patient photos, clinic flow, rebooking's, and guiding clients through their treatment journey.
  • Work with multiple physicians at the same time.
  • Administrative support.
  • Supporting inventory management.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

The successful applicant should have the following qualifications:

  • Two to three years' experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as Physician Assistant
  • Dermatology experience is preferred.
  • Experience with EMR
  • RN diploma or degree
  • Must have a "cando" attitude, strong attention to detail, and be a critical thinker.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and judgment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support and followup to patients.
  • Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision.
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
  • A background in aesthetics and wellness is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to maintain a sterile environment for treatments.
Dermatology assistant online training course is suggested once hired.

This role is part time, 3-4 days a week, assisting multiple physicians who specialize in Dermatology.
