Responsibilities
About the role:
The Customer Experience Administration Analyst is accountable for implementing safeguards against risk by incessantly monitoring and evaluating GM Financial's business processes, internal controls, and policies. Each analyst collaborates with departmental management teams to conduct relevant reviews and audits based on their business requirements.
- Conduct quality monitoring within CX, pinpoint and rectify areas of non-compliance to furnish management teams with accurate data.
- Participate in various projects and carry out user acceptance testing on CX systems and programs.
- Develop and maintain process excellence documentation.
- Deliver training and communication.
- Analyze trend results and communicate findings to the leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing department functions and/or streamlining processes, and collaborate with management to aid in creating and implementing compliance procedures.
Qualifications
What attributes make you an ideal candidate?
- Possess business analysis skills
- Experience in Operating within an Agile Environment
- Familiarity with financial services and/or banking customer service systems.
- Understanding of user acceptance testing procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong time management proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers.
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority tasks.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional office setting is essential.
- Completion of secondary school is mandatory
- Possession of a college diploma or university degree in a related field or equivalent work background is required
- Fluency in English and French
