TD Wealth Advice which is comprised of TD Wealth Financial Planning and TD Wealth Private Wealth Management (PWM) is focused on the delivery of legendary client experiences to Mass Affluent, High-Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

This is delivered through an integrated team of professional advisors across Financial Planning, Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, TD Family Office, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Insurance, and Wealth Advisory Services.

As a member of the National Sales Office Marketing Strategy Team the Marketing Associate - Advisor Marketing Support will report to the Senior Group Manager.

This role will also work closely with Marketing Manager, Associate Marketing Managers, Marketing Associate along with key partners within TD Wealth Advice.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

  • This individual will contribute towards the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics supporting advisor marketing capabilities.
The primary objective of the role will be to support advisor marketing with a close connection to field professionals.

Focusing on the development and amplification of tools that help enable individual advisors at scale to create meaningful marketing experiences for their prospects and clients.


You will work closely with advisors to consult and educate on best practices when it comes to marketing to help mobilize a strong, multi-channel approach to marketing the TD Wealth brand, and the unique value propositions that characterize advisor-level tactics and campaigns.


Job Description:

Accountabilities

  • Accountable for managing the advisory inquiry inbox supporting FP and PWM advisors with queries related to the marketing ecosystem.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of the overall advisor marketing ecosystem which is critical when working closely with field professionals.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral for advisor use from start to finish which includes developing creative liaise between graphic design team, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
  • Responsible for coordinating approvals for any newly or edited marketing collateral. Consisting of ensuring reviews and approvals are conducted by brand, legal, compliance and IIROC when applicable. In addition to maintaining all records of the process.
  • Maintain oversight of the TD Wealth
  • Wealth Advice National Sales Office Marketing Material Approval Process
  • Procedure. Includes obtaining leadership approval when required. This will include ensuring Wealth Advice Marketing Team approval records are maintain and able to be surfaced during audits.
Internal

  • Management of intranet page for Wealth Advice Marketing a key resource for advisors to access all information regarding marketing capabilities. Page will need to remain consistent and relevant.
  • Internal Marketing Communications development of advisor communications pertaining to marketing capability updates or launches.
  • Assist Advisor Marketing Support team with key initiatives aimed at enhancing the advisor capability set. These initiatives could include advisor websites, social media and the on demand marketing design platform.
  • Supporting national virtual client events working closely with wealth shared services events team. Responsibilities will include review of collateral, obtain approvals, development of field communications/distribution to field and participating in the working group.
  • Budget oversight tracking fiscal year spend pertaining to the Advisor Marketing budget maintaining records, submitting invoices, and manage renewals of ongoing marketing capabilities.
  • Support in relation to national marketing initiatives support may coordination of control partner review on marketing tactics, development of supporting marketing tactics utilized by advisors in the field.
  • Responsible for supporting Senior Group Manager in any marketing related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to feel confident to present concepts and demos to advisors virtually and in person
  • Highly motivated collaborative individual, selfstarter, takes ownership, team player who is receptive to feedback and quickly adapts to change
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint a requirement
  • Project management skills and attention to detail: Ability to meet deadlines strong timemanagement and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with TD Wealth, Wealth Management, Financial Planning and best practices in marketing/digital is an asset
