Property Administrator

Medallion Capital Group is a full-service real estate company specializing in real estate development, property management, real estate sales and mortgage brokering/financing.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with Board Members, Owners, Tenants, and Vendors
- Any and all tasks assigned to support the management, accounting and operation of the Office
- Work with utility providers, IT provider, phone company, copier company etc when required
- Prepare internal monthly reports as required
- Enter approved invoices in to accounting software
- Receive, distribute and help process invoices
- Typing letters when requested
- Scan and organize electronic files as needed
- Open and distribute mail
- Answer main phone line
- Secondary School
- College Diploma, business administration or related field
Qualifications:
- Administrative and Property Management experience:
- experience with Buildium, or other real estate accounting software would be beneficial
- Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel required
Skills:
- Works well with others
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Adapts easily to changing deadlines
$50k-$55k per year
