Accounts Receivable Clerk:
St. Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk on behalf of our client in St.

The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and to provide fincncial, administrative and clerical services.


Available Shift:
Monday-Friday; Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with the financial policies and procedures

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Proficient in Excel and Word;

  • Completion of Business Administration Program with a concentration in accounting;
