Team Lead, Grant Management

Reporting to the Manager Pre-approval, the Team Lead is responsible for supporting the manager by assigning and monitoring tasks to the team, while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Mentor and coach a strong diverse team, while building a collaborative culture.
Operational Management

  • Provide project management expertise to support department process improvement priorities.
  • Postsecondary education in a businessrelated field and 2+ years of relevant experience in a management role
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Computer literate
  • Creative thinker, reliable, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fully bilingual (English and French) is an asset
