The Regional Operations Manager (ROM), BC Region role offers a variety of responsibilities.

No two days are the same As the region's operations lead, you will work closely with our Regional Vice President (RVP) to build strong relationships with our clients (advisors) through frictionless customer service, and provide a fun, while at the same time hard-working, environment for the team.

What we need you to do:
Reporting directly to the VP, Insurance Operations, and working closely with the BC RVP, your contributions will include:
Coach and manage our BC operations team, located in Vancouver and Richmond

Oversight of service provided by team, ensuring quality of work

Service and operational escalations

Debt collection from customers (advisors) who experience a chargeback

Management of premises-related matters such as office supplies, equipment and furniture needs, relocations, renovations

Recommend operational and capital expenditures during budget setting

Work closely with peer ROMs, and others, to ensure HUB is providing a consistent level of service to its customers across the country

What it will take to succeed in this role:
A proven strong people leader

Experience working at a Life Insurance Carrier or Managing General Agent (MGA) a strong asset

A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistent performance
