Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Two(2) year Diploma in Office Administration, Business or acceptable to Hospital
- Project Management Certificate preferred
- Minimum three (3) years recent, related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Proficient in Computer skills (other): database, web programming, project management, videography
- Proficient in Project management ability to prioritize fluctuating workload demands, balance resources across multiple projects
- Proficient in Facilitation skills e.g. consensus building and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to self directed with ability to work independently using above average levels of initiative and discretion
- Proficient in Resource planning, measurement, reporting and evaluation
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
