POSITION: Stock Controller at Moncler USA

The Stock Controller collaborates with the store operations and sales team, in addition to Management, to carry out all operational tasks and ensure compliance with company procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure Moncler USA Service standards are consistently upheld
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures
  • Provide Customer Service to customers for repairs and merchandise returns
  • Achieve accuracy in inventory levels and UPT updates
  • Maintain stock/products in line with operational guidelines
  • Support store staff to comply with company initiatives
  • Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and guide store inventories
  • Collaborate with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Adhere to all company Operational Policies and Procedures
  • Additional assigned responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years Retail Operations experience
  • Prior experience in luxury retail preferred
  • Demonstrated success in inventory count, maintenance, and availability reports
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • College Degree preferred
