About the role and responsibilities:

Optimize asset utilization_**- Help set business objectives and targets

  • Ensure that business and client objectives are met
  • Work closely with external partners/suppliers to ensure inventory demand is always met

_ Manage entire asset and inventory control life cycle_

  • Effectively analyze and manage current inventory levels and products on order
  • Collaborate with third party logistics teams to perform root cause analysis of inventory variances, and overall management of the receiving process
  • Establish and refine inventory control management process

_ Forecast, report and reconcile inventory stock_

  • Ensure inventory reconciliation for all locations with a goal to simplify this process and track accuracy
  • Report and provide solutions for outofstock, short stock, obsolete products, and/or depletion of slowmoving products to minimize financial impact
  • Perform analysis of customer demand, historical trends/usage, and interact with sales management to establish ordering forecasts at SKU specific level
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly KPI reporting to monitor inventory levels, days on hand, cycle count accuracy, supplier performance, and more

_ Manage team and coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, operations) as well as 3rd party vendors_

  • Oversee the job assignments and activities of Inventory Control team
  • Support the team with the process auditing and improvement for the asset management system
  • Support Accounting to ensure all inventory adjustments are appropriately supported and thirdparty logistic costs managed

About you:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
  • You have 5 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Control and/or Inventory Management
  • You have experience in developing and establishing inventory control processes
  • You have experience in implementing an inventory management system
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are datafocused, taskoriented, a quick learner with an exceptional eye for detail
  • You demonstrate a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a fastmoving, competitive, and resultsdriven environment
  • You are a solid team player with excellent interpersonal and bilingual communication skills
  • You are advanced in MS Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • You have previous database experience: SQL, etc.
  • You are bilingual English/French, both written and spoken
  • You have a CPIM or APICS certification, an asset

Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du contrôle des actifs et des stocks

  • Analyser et gérer efficacement les niveaux de stock actuels et les produits en commande
  • Collaborer avec les équipes logistiques tierces pour effectuer une analyse des causes profondes des écarts de stock et gérer globalement le processus de réception
- Établir et affiner le processus de gestion du contrôle des stocks

Prévision, rapport et rapprochement des stocks

  • Assurer le rapprochement des stocks pour tous les sites dans le but de simplifier ce processus et d'en assurer l'exactitude
  • Signaler et fournir des solutions pour les ruptures de stock, les stocks insuffisants, les produits obsolètes et/ou l'épuisement des produits à faible rotation afin de minimiser l'impact financier
  • Effectuer une analyse de la demande des clients, des tendances historiques et de l'utilisation, et interagir avec l'équipe des ventes pour établir des prévisions de commande au niveau des SKU spécifiques
  • Préparer des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les indicateurs de performances clés afin de surveiller les niveaux de stock, les jours en stock, l'exactitude des comptages cycliques, la performance des fournisseurs, etc.

Gérer l'équipe et coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes (ventes, finances, opérations) ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs tiers.
