  • Some benefits have eligibility requirements of surpassing three (3) months and securing a regular position of 20hrs/week or more. The benefits and criteria may change from time to time at the discretion of Strive.

This is a full-time permanent position. Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with some flexibility (Off and On on-call for weekends and stat holidays)**
The Ideal Applicant Shall Possess:
  • Overseeing the day
  • to
  • day operations of two Residential Homes
  • Ensuring the health and safety and a high standard of care for clients
  • Scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff
  • Working with health care professionals to identify client needs
  • Develop individual plans, protocols, and schedules
  • Rotating oncall duties

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Registered LPN preferred
  • Minimum of one year of management experience in residential or health care setting
  • Awareness of and respect for the human rights of personsincare
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organization and time management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decisiveness in the event of emergency
  • Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft platform
