Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments for automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
  • Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
  • Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
