Job Summary:

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Contribute to devising and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support company growth.
  • Oversee key performance indicators through dashboards.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the customer service team in their daily operations.
  • Establish efficient communication channels between various departments, the sales team, and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the TECH team to address issues and fulfill customer requests.
  • Play a role in developing tools for assessing customer satisfaction and evaluating services.
  • Create and execute plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and address customer feedback, complaints, and requests, taking actionable steps.
  • Create training programs and offer coaching to customer service representatives.
  • Occasionally engage with customers in-person.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the lighting industry or with technical products, is advantageous.

Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English.

Expertise in working with the Office suite applications.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective stress management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in task prioritization.
  • Skills in teamwork, diplomacy, and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
