Le (la) senior aura la responsabilité de gérer les mandats de production vidéo selon les clients sous sa responsabilité.
CE QUE TU FERAS:
En collaboration avec les partenaires et les fournisseurs, préparer les devis et les échéanciers pour toutes les étapes de production. (Pré-prod, tournage, post-production, légal, talents, son et livraison). Établir la communication entre les différents intervenants des projets vidéo (équipe de création, service conseil, fournisseurs et partenaires) en assurant un suivi rigoureux de chacune des étapes de la production incluant la facturation et les suivis administratifs. Prendre en charge le workflow de post-production de plusieurs projets (montage offline et online, colorisation, animation graphique, versioning, audio, livraison et archivage). En collaboration avec les partenaires, gérer l'ensemble des activité liées aux talents : Casting, tarifs (unions et hors union), paiement, renouvellements et déclaration de cycles. Superviser le travail des coordonnateurs assigné à ses projets. Proposer des solutions pour optimiser les processus de production existants. Évaluer les risques est les enjeux de production de ses projets et trouver des solutions. Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité des projets sous sa charge afin de s'assurer que la vision de la création soit respectée.CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:
5-8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire dans le domaine publicitaire Rigueur et souci du détail Excellente connaissance des étapes de production vidéo, particulièrement la post-production.
