Senior Producer Opportunity

Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our LEGO Fortnite production team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes to enable artists to excel in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with art discipline leads to scope and schedule work for the team, ensuring successful and on-time release of content that meets Epic's art quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems, owning the outcome of your area and driving high-velocity development cycles.
  • Manage production needs across small strike teams, prioritizing tasks and maintaining strong communication through multiple channels.
  • Assist with JIRA task/bug entry, triage, and tracking, as well as facilitating development operations such as scheduling team meetings and running art reviews.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a production role, managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in an environment where problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, or project management practices.
