Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our LEGO Fortnite production team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes to enable artists to excel in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the schedule and partner with art discipline leads to scope and schedule work for the team.
  • Facilitate constant communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams.
  • Proactively seek resolution and identify problems before they become roadblocks.
  • Be flexible and handle production needs across small strike teams.
  • Facilitate development operations, including scheduling team meetings and running art reviews.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a production role with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an environment with high velocity and high impact development cycles.
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, or project management practices.
