Your Opportunity


As the Brand and Growth Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and leveraging various channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.


Our ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to connect with the business, product, and customers and will be essential in driving our mission forward.

To succeed at Kanvi Homes in this position, you must be collaborative, energetic, personable, well poised, highly organized, hard working, and passionate in the space.

You are also friendly and collaborative, an effective communicator, and stellar project manager. You need to balance the creative and the analytical.


You will be accountable for the results generated from your work and creating exceptional business development and marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales.

Brand Strategy Development:

Define and refine our brand positioning, messaging, and voice to resonate with our target market.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate brand strategies into product development, customer experience, and business operations.

Marketing Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Content Creation and Storytelling:


Create engaging and persuasive content including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more to communicate our brand story and showcase our expertise.

Develop content calendars, manage content distribution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content alignment with brand objectives.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture qualified leads through targeted campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing tactics.
Building/strengthening relationships with our existing clients and realtor partners through personalized engagement programs such as ambassador/affiliate programs.

Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff processes, track lead conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales pipeline efficiency.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Use insights gathered to refine marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to enhance market competitiveness.

Other:

Own the annual marketing plan and budget to required to support the brand and growth marketing strategy
Be the voice of Kanvi across all social media platforms and accelerate all social channel growth.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).

Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within the real estate, construction, or home building industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, design aesthetics, and brand development.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a high level of confidence in the workplace.
Experience in HubSpot or equivalent CRM, and website platforms a plus, but not required.
Experience in the home building or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.

Your Compensation:
Base plus variable. Market competitive, based on experience.
