Your Mission:

As the Marketing Manager, your primary mission will be to craft and execute a visionary marketing strategy that aligns with Xenali's ambitious corporate goals. Your strategic acumen will be crucial in transforming our marketing efforts, from redefining our digital presence to leading a high-performing remote marketing team with a focus on results-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that marries creativity with analytical rigor to drive brand evolution and market expansion.
  • Digital Strategy Oversight: Select and oversee external consultants and digital campaigns to ensure an effective, expansive digital footprint that enhances engagement and conversion rates.
  • Innovative Campaign Leadership: Design and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns using a mix of traditional and digital channels to dramatically increase Xenali's visibility and influence in the market.
  • Strategic Team Building: Methodically build and guide a remote marketing team, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to excel in strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Employ a data-driven approach to continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximum ROI.

  • A Strategic Architect: You have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that have transformed businesses, in the B2B sector.
  • Digitally Savvy: Experienced in overseeing digital transformation projects and enhancing online presence through the strategic use of digital platforms.
  • Leadership Excellence: You are an effective leader who can inspire and mentor a team, including remote members, with a strong focus on nurturing strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and Insightful: Proficient in utilizing modern marketing tools and analytics to drive decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of strategic marketing management experience.
