Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Greeting visitors to the reception office.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Scanning and saving down various files.
  • Delivering quotes to clients.
  • Project tracking using Microsoft Access.
  • Filling out forms required for permit sets.
  • Requesting files from architects and design firms.
  • Ordering office supplies based on inventory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Organization and the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office namely Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Adobe or Acrobat.
  • Experience using AutoCAD drafting not required but would be beneficial.
  • Independent worker.
Compensation

  • Starting hourly rate of $20.00 per hour. Standard 40 hour work week 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
  • Competitive benefits package split 50% with employer.
