The Opportunity:

As a Tow Motor Operator you would be working in our Distribution Department to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiencies are achieved, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain quality control for the flyer receiving process and maintain accurate records for flyer deliveries.
  • Ship and receive inserts and completed packages.
  • Crossreference deliveries, ensure products received are staged properly.
  • Communicate flyerrelated delivery problems such as, shortages/overages of inserts received, damaged deliveries, delivery refusals, outstanding flyers deliveries, etc.
  • Material handling of flyers between flyer storage and the insertion equipment.
  • Create and maintain all transportationrelated documents for each outbound and inbound shipment pertaining to production (Bill of lading).
  • Prepare shipments as per customer specifications (packing requirements, breakdown, etc.).
  • Maintain a safe work environment, complying with the company's Health and Safety program.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed on counterbalance and lowlift equipment (walkie) is mandatory
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailoriented with sound organizational skills and the ability to plan
  • Experience with trucking and loading requirements
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, with good time management skills
  • A strong focus on safety and quality control processes
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
