We're looking for new
Tow Truck Operators to join our team who are eager, ambitious, proven team players and who want to start a new and exciting career.

If you have proven experience providing excellent customer service, then no matter what your former industry (experience an asset), we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to towing service requests from our dispatch center.
  • Operate the tow truck and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inspections and routine maintenance checks on the tow truck to ensure its proper functioning.
  • Secure vehicles properly and safely for transport.
  • Transport a variety of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and light trucks, to designated locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being professional and courteous at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, keeping them informed of arrival times and any potential delays.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards to maintain an exemplary driving record.
  • Exhibit problemsolving skills to handle unexpected situations during towing operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and clean driver's license with a record of safe driving.
  • Proven experience as a tow truck driver or a similar driving role is preferred.
  • Excellent driving skills, with the ability to tow vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics to perform minor onsite repairs is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong physical stamina, as the job may require lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional and reliable work ethic.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local area to efficiently navigate routes.
  • Willingness to undergo any necessary background checks and drug screenings.
