  • Supervise, coach, and review work of junior staff.
  • Provide technical expertise and support deployment within the team.
  • Apply industry knowledge to enhance business results and minimize risk.
  • Translate requirements into user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive agile product releases.
  • Develop retail and wholesale banking cash flow models.
  • Provide timely analysis of balance sheet exposures and scenario testing.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness in delivering analytics capabilities.
  • Work closely with market-facing, risk management, and finance teams.
  • Utilize quantitative models for hedging and ALM purposes.
  • Present new analytics methodologies to Treasury colleagues.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities with business lines.
  • Build partnerships with Finance and infrastructure units for new ALM initiatives.
Skills Required:

  • Expertise in data visualization and user-centric web applications.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.
  • Understanding of Interest Rate Sensitivities.
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
