Our church family is looking for a full time pastor who is ordained in a Baptist Convention, with at least 10 years of experience.

Our pastor must be able to preach and teach God's Word in an effective way, that enables people to develop in their Christian life and to apply it in daily life.

We are looking for someone who is mature and emotionally secure, who can work well in team situations (board of deacons and various committees), and who is able to motivate others.

We expect our pastor to study the Bible and to prepare biblical sermons that will be preached on Sundays.

Our pastor will be an ex-officio member of all committees and will be required to provide oversight to the Christian Education committee (which includes our children's programs, youth programs, and small group Bible studies).

Our pastor will be expected to conduct weddings and funerals as needed; and to visit members of the congregation where they live, be it a private residence or a nursing home, or if they are in the hospital.
