We are looking for a dynamic Environmental Service Manager who will do the maintenance work and run all managerial duties for the housekeeping department at our Bayfield House Retirement Lodge, Penetanguishene, On.

site.

The maintenance work will include, painting, light carpentry work, fixing drywall, installing curtains, cleaning carpets, refreshing rooms and small interior projects.


This role will be expected to complete the Preventative Maintenance Program which will entail an understanding and troubleshooting a geothermal system.

This role also will include an understanding of the HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems overview along with troubleshooting issues.

The role is full-time working.

This position has great potential for anyone looking to get into management. It will provide the opportunity to oversee a small department and gain experience in the field.
