Rate of Pay:
To commensurate with experience

Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week

Duration:
One year, renewable

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant area of focus
  • Minimum of 2 years recent related experience in a similar role; preferably in a research environment
  • Experience with data analysis and data entry is required required
  • Experience with Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is an asset
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English
  • Intellectually curious, strong attention to detail, selfmotivated, and creative
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills complemented by the proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries and functions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel) are required
  • Ability to meet frequent deadlines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

Immunization Requirements:

  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
