  • Provide engineering support for operations
  • Assist in justifying capital expenditure requests
  • Explore innovative plant improvement solutions
  • Use project management tools and methodologies effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and supervise vendors and contractors
  • Engage in company initiatives and drive efficiency and innovation
  • Manage capital plans to achieve cost-effectiveness
  • Supervise on-site contractors and ensure project alignment
  • Create and manage project budgets and schedules

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of engineering experience or equivalent project background
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Organized with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of the Food industry is a plus
