Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company that is looking for a full time Site Office Administrator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm.

All applicants are required to have a Level 2 WPS Security Clearance completed.

Penn-co offers excellent wages from $20.00 an hour depending on experience and skills.


Reporting to the onsite Superintendent, the Site Office Administrator will be responsible for daily clerical activities on site, security and cleaning.


Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy for the Site Superintendent and project team.
  • Monitor and administer security clearances including, preparing and distributing cards.
  • Monitor security cameras and report anything unusual to Superintendent.
  • Maintain and organize site documents.
  • Receive deliveries and organize packages for site.
  • Responsible to clean the site office and washrooms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
  • Excellent attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outdoor conditions that may include heat, dust, cold, rain, and noise.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes, move packages.
