We are seeking Skin Care Coaches (known as Retail Associates at skoah). Skin Care Coaches do NOT require prior skin care experience due to our exceptional training programs. They guide guests through personalized skin care routines and assist Skin Care Trainers (estheticians). As a Skin Care Coach, you will interact with our loyal guests, building rapport with regulars and welcoming new clients. You are pivotal in creating a friendly atmosphere, setting personal objectives with support from managers and trainers, and exploring various company roles.
