We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our customer service team.

You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their healthcare needs and finding the perfect solutions for them.


As a Customer Service Agent, you will become a product expert in a range of products, including incontinence supplies, other medical items, and adaptive clothing.

You will answer customer inquiries, provide product knowledge and process orders.

Along the way, you will learn about our business and help us improve what we do by using your knowledge and experience to drive change.

Our hours of operation fall _between_ 8:30am and 5:30pm EST Monday to Friday
