The Opportunity
Indeed Labs is growing, and is a team of beauty enthusiasts who work hard yet like to have fun; that's how we define ourselves

This is an in-office position, based out of the Toronto, ON (118 Avenue Rd) office. At Indeed Labs, we do offer flexible work options based on business needs and demands. You will be required to travel within GTA and other cities in Canada and USA, from time to time based on your duties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a key member of the sales team working collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales objectives and grow our global brand.
  • Develop creative, strategic sales and marketing plans to help drive sales of products in markets.
  • Develop, maintain and improve business relations with new and existing retailers.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities to grow the overall market share.
  • Maintain an active prospective pipeline of cold and warm leads.
  • Survey the competitive landscape to always stay on top of market trends.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to recommend new product/ingredient ideas.
  • Work closely with retail customers to identify new product ideas/opportunities for new products to sell.
  • Foster and nurture key account relationships to grow business within key accounts.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to ensure timely launch of new products to market.
  • Maintain proactive contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Confidently act as a spokesperson for the brand, speaking to PR and media about products, new launches, and other marketing initiatives.

Your experience:

  • University or College Diploma in Business, related discipline or equivalent working experience.
  • 2+ years of sales, business development and marketing experience, preferably in the skincare/beauty/health industry.
  • Mass retail Account Management experience in mass beauty/skincare/personal care and/or experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Strong Excel skills with experience with pivot tables and vlookups.
  • A strong ability to review and analyze sales statistics to provide sales forecasts.
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint and the ability to present information confidently to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Comfortable travelling to customer sites.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and oral while also exuding confidence communicating to all levels of an organization including seniorlevel executives.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet timelines.
  • Strong relationship management, with the ability to impact and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A high degree of initiative a selfstarter with a customer focus.
