What you will do:

As a Data Sales Account Director at Cineplex Media, your primary role is to collaborate with regional and national sales teams to deliver programmatic managed service solutions to our client and agency partners.

Your focus will be on maximizing revenue by highlighting our managed service capabilities in a cookie less environment, enabling deterministic audience targeting, and enhancing existing Cinema/OOH activations. You will champion client satisfaction, retention, upselling, and achieving sales targets within the Data Solutions team.

This is a hybrid position. Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately forecast and deliver on revenue targets.Secure buy-in from our agency and client partners by communicating the value provided by Cineplex first party audiences.Work with the wider team to proactively identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and opportunities to amplify existing / upcoming activations.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing a solutions-oriented approach to their unique business challenges.Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, allocation of responsibilities and delivery.Keep senior stakeholders informed and maintain transparent communication.Manage relationships and expectations with the wider team.Maintain a good, current understanding of upcoming films, the OOH landscape, and cross-platform measurement capabilities.

Education & Certification

Post Secondary Education

Experience

Media Planning, Strategy and/or SalesDigital Media Sales

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven track record of sales success.Experience developing, nurturing and managing client relationships.Ambition to personally develop and help manage the development of others.Superior computer skills (proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel).Strong communication skills both oral and written.Attention to detail is a must.Excellent interpersonal skills.Effective time management skills.Excellent organizational skills.
