Job Description
InVision is a Professional Recruitment Firm specializing in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Professional Services within Canada and the U.S. We have a successful track record working on both small and large recruitment projects, across North America. Our client is an electrical, automation and controls provider for machine builders and companies looking to outsource their controls requirements. Their electrical control panels are built with professional experience and attention to detail. They have been in business for over 20 years and are rapidly growing. They are actively seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements
- Develop and manage business operations to increase sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction
- Responsible for sales revenue, forecasting, and meeting targeted quota objectives
- Lead the department in achieving sales revenue goals
- Well-versed in ERP systems and implementations
- Orient new team members to company expectations
- Evaluate capability and maximize results
- Maintain work standards for best-in-class employee morale and productivity
- Identify deficiencies in planning, scheduling, and communication
- Participate in incident investigations and reviews
Qualifications
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a leadership role from an automation or electrical background, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives. Excellent computer skills required. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
