The role will be responsible for supporting our salesforce, and external customers, in preparing quotes and amending documentation related to midterm transactions
How You'll Make an Impact
Through your accounting acumen, familiarity with legal agreements, efficiency, and accurate attention to detail, along with your ability to quickly adapt to changing workloads and strict time frames, your impact will be crucial to meeting the goals of the department
Mid-Term Lease Activity
- Calculation and quoting of midterm buyout requests
- Preparation of assumption agreements arising from a customer's change of ownership
- Preparation of lease agreement amendments due to refinancing, partial returns, equipment moves and partial buyouts
- Maintaining the outstanding amendment log and following up for outstanding documentation
Lease Extension Process
- Calculations and preparation of order processing worksheets for leases going into extension.
- Lease asset detail screen updates in our system for extensions
- Preparation of amendments and preauthorized payment forms required for endofterm refinancings.
General
- Cross training with other team members to assist in coverage when necessary.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Minimum 5 Years in a Leasing Operations/Administration Environment
- Experience in administering lease agreements/legal contracts
- Team Player
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization & multitasking skills
- Strong to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & MS Word
- Nice to have experience in PDF Software (i.e. Nitro or Adobe Professional)
