Our Quality Control Team is integral to the success of our organization and our individual penetration testers. As a member of this team, you will be the last person to review a penetration testing/security assessment report before it goes to our client, giving it your ultimate seal of approval of the highest quality

Digital Boundary Group (DBG) recognizes that we all flourish in different working environments.

This position may require you to work from the London, Ontario office from time to time but this will be communicated with notice.


In this role, you will get to:

  • Use your exceptional attention to detail and reading/writing English skills to proofread technical reports for grammar, spelling, and formatting
  • Lean into your outstanding organizational skills to track report deliveries, time on each project, and customer satisfaction surveys; resolving or escalating any issues that arise
  • Take advantage of your superior communication skills to liaise with the project management and business development teams to ensure all information provided for security engagements is complete and documented appropriately in our project management tool
  • Periodic backfill reporting scheduled vulnerability scans

What do you need?

  • 5+ years of extensive handson experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor Diploma or Degree in English Studies, Business/Office Administration, Project Management, or other relevant disciplines
  • Previous experience writing or proofreading technical reports/documentation is an asset
