Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Auto Realm Inc. as a Logistics Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other departments, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate tracking and reporting, and implement efficient inventory management systems.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, trends, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to employees on inventory management best practices and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop employees on inventory management skills and procedures.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to handle heavy loads.
