What your day to day will look like:


  • Creating Training Materials; Assist with the development of training and presentation materials to support staff development using available tools to create engaging and effective training materials.

Administration:Maintain training records, draft communications, and update the learning management software

Training Delivery:Support the internal training opportunities, facilitating training sessions virtually and in person as required

Hybrid Work Environment: Work 3 days in the office and two remotely. Occasional travel to support training may be required.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Must maintain a reliable vehicle and driver's license that meets Scandinavian's requirements
  • Must have 13 years previous experience in an administrative, program support or training role or completed education in a relevant program
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory would be an asset
  • Must be tech savvy with the ability to easily troubleshoot technical issues and learn new programs quickly
  • Must be comfortable presenting information to large groups
  • Excellent communicator with strong organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple projects at once
