About the role
We're looking for a
Production Support Analyst to join our growing team

Are you an action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced environment? Are you someone who likes to problem solve? Are you extremely organized? Consider this opportunity on the Personal Lines Operations and Planning team


You will be responsible for triaging, analysing, and escalating system issues, collaborating with various teams to resolve problems, and communicating to front line teams on system issues and resolutions.

You will also have to opportunity to challenge processes in an effort to continuously improve how we work together

This position is a fulltime permanent opportunity.

What you'll do here:

  • Handle and resolve daytoday system referrals from users in a timely fashion
  • Meet regularly with regional distribution teams to review ongoing system issues
  • Monitor trends to identify opportunities for user training and system changes and enhancements
  • Act as the liaison between users, IT and other departments as required
  • Test system changes
  • Consult on system functionality
  • Support in the analysis of business requirements for changes existing systems (Bug Fixes)
  • Perform any other duties relating to production support as assigned by your manager.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in commerce, Management, Information Systems or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in Personal Insurance
  • Demonstrated understanding of Intact's Personal Insurance systems and workflows
  • Demonstrated strong ability to investigate and analyse problems of a technical nature
  • Prior experience and knowledge of system development and testing procedures
  • Prior experience and knowledge of Quality Assurance &/or Business Analysis practices
  • Bilingual (French and English)
    _Need to interact on a regular basis with an Englishspeakng clientele and colleagues across the country._
