  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
  • Answer phones from drivers and customers
  • Dispatch drivers using company provided software
  • Create and update records using company provided software
  • Create and update customer reports using company provided software
  • Send invoices to customers and drivers using company provided software
  • Maintain records of customer payments using company provided software
  • Maintain records of driver payments using company provided software
  • Maintain records of vendor payments through company provided software
  • Maintain records of driver and vendor transactions through the computer system
  • Maintain accurate financial records through the computer system
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, etc. in a professional manner at all times
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure proper communication with clients on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a dispatcher or similar role in transportation or other related fields.
  • Knowledge of transportation dispatch systems. (i.e., AS400, SyteLine, etc.)

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
