Responsibilities
- Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
- Understand our customers' digital signage network objectives.
- Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client's network objectives.
- Manage daytoday requests for content, new installations, or field service.
- Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.
Skills and Competencies
We're looking for a client service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content.
Ultimately, the goal is to ensure all your clients are receiving high touch customer service at all of their interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
