General Description:

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will report to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer value through strategic integration.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
Define measures of success and drive business planning
Provide technology advisory and training to clients
Stay updated on market trends and technological advancements
Experience working as a Technical Account Manager
Technical training or equivalent experience
Experience in technical troubleshooting
Ability to engage in technical conversations with stakeholders
Proven track record of building lasting client relationships
Technical capacity
