Our goal is to design smart accessories that enhance the practicality of current pickup trucks and adapt to the changing needs of the future.

By utilizing cutting-edge technologies and creative designs, we strive to enhance the functionality, convenience, and sustainability of pickup trucks.

We also have a factory in China focusing mainly on traditional truck accessories.


We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will engage with specific online communities and users to promote our products and deliver customer care services to new audiences.

You must consistently create meaningful content across all social media platforms and handle customer complaints or criticisms promptly and professionally.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives.

This person will generate engaging content on various social media platforms, manage our online community, and analyze the performance of Worksport's e-commerce and investor relations social channels.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, marketing, and sales teams, and other departments to ensure social media efforts are integrated into the overall marketing and communications plan.

Skills across all social media platforms, strong writing abilities, and proficiency in creating short-form video content are essential.

As Worksport's Social Media Specialist, you may have the opportunity to travel to exciting locations in the US to create social media content.

  • Create engaging content weekly that is creative and attention-grabbing.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts on various platforms.
  • Respond promptly to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure creative vision aligns with company values and marketing strategy.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and communities to expand brand reach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations; or 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.

Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, basic video editing skills, and knowledge of digital marketing techniques are required.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics, advertising, and sponsored content campaigns is necessary.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and understand SEO principles for social media content is a plus.
