As a generalist programmer at Ubisoft Montreal, your role will involve creating stable, functional, and high-performance tools and systems crucial for bringing our creative visions to life and delivering world-class games.

Work in a cutting-edge, collaborative environment across various production aspects including game engines, editors, and middleware. Sharpen your analytical skills by tackling technical challenges related to different systems such as AI, 3D, sound, and animation.

Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping our systems. Implement diverse systems with a focus on thorough analysis, clear code design, and seamless integration. Your programming should prioritize performance, maintenance, and compatibility requirements.

  • Regularly assess memory usage and performance, implementing necessary optimizations
  • Stay updated with the latest programming advancements

Requirements:

  • Passionate about video games
  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Experience in software programming
  • Strong proficiency in various programming languages, especially C++
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
