Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, this person actively collaborates in the implementation and development of administrative and management practices required by the company's global growth.

This person plays an important role in the administration of HR files and is responsible for the evaluation and efficiency of the human resources Information system ( HIRS).

FInally, he-she has an advisory role towards the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development, review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, documents and practices related to PixMob's objectives, by making simple and effective proposals and recommendations.
  • Supports our international offices.
  • Provides advice and support to managers on people management issues or opportunities.
  • Responds quickly and effectively to employee questions or concerns.
  • Actively participates in the workforce planning process
  • Actively participates in the management of salary scales and job evaluations
  • Actively participates in the salary review process
  • Acts as responsible for group insurance and VRSP programs.
  • Is the person responsible for the HR information system. As part of this mandate, carry out the analysis of the system in order to assess the relevance of the current system and the need to implement another HR system.
  • Collaborate to implement immigration practices that support the growth of the business while respecting the Laws.
  • Develop and prepare reports and analyzes of HR metrics in order to provide recommendations to Management and thus enable informed decisionmaking.
  • Participate in onboarding and communication with employees.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance of all HR activities: policies, procedures and documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Industrial relations
  • Member of the "Ordre des professionels en ressources humaine du Québec" a plus 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience as HR Generalist
  • Excellent knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft or Google tools
  • Excellent knowledge of the Quebec Labour Laws
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English
