You have:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in public administration, business administration or related field, with a confirmed return to school in September
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to take direction and focus in a fastpaced, detailoriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What you will do:

  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents and reports in a professional manner and according to specified templates and guidelines
  • Provide support in the upkeep of electronic databases in order to achieve optimal organizational retrieval, and to ensure document security and confidentiality
  • Support the team by compiling and analyzing data from a variety of sources in order to maintain timely inventories and electronic stakeholder databases
  • Assist in the planning process by attending meetings and documenting findings to support the team as required
  • Conduct online research and present findings to the Program Manager, Strategic Business Support as required
  • Provide administrative support for the branch such as organizing meetings and assist with the development and maintenance of technical documentation, team sites and intranet/internet updates

_Rate:
$16.25 per hour (first-time Summer Student) or $17.

25 per hour (returning Summer Student)__
