**You have**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education in Law, Political Science, Paralegal Studies or related field; must be returning to school in September
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction, work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to assist branch complete concurrent tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

**What you will do**:

- Provide administrative support to the Legislation and Policy Support Services branch as required, such as: cataloguing, filing, photocopying, scanning and organizing documents
- Assist with the preliminary research for Legal Interpretation Requests (LIR) that are submitted from across the Province
- Support LPSS Legislation Assistants Analysts and Manager with clerical requests as required

**_Rate: $17.30 per hour (first-time Summer Student) or $18.30 per hour (returning Summer Student)_**

**_Duration of Employment: May through to the end of August_**
