WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the Associate Vice President, Digital Member Experience
  • Member and Travel Services.
  • Participate in the strategic planning of DME projects, advocate for the member experience, offer insights, communicate vision and expectations to ensure the DME project vision is being executed across all teams including developers, designers, marketers.
  • Working with the digital design team, ensure the requirement artifacts are accurately translated into wireframes, high fidelity comps and prototypes as required.
  • Liaison with the development team and assist in the defining of user stories or PBIs, managing the backlog, reviewing the requirements, and removing obstacles with the team, and attending agile meetings.
  • Gather, define, and document business, financial and operational requirements.
  • Research and propose processes or technologybased solutions to meet business needs.
  • Help manage requests for new technology solutions or enhancements to existing technology.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and develop improvement strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate technical/user testing, deployment, client/user acceptance and reporting.
  • Act as a key contributor throughout whole project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering, design, development, and launch.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a college diploma in Information Technology, Business or equivalent. Even better, you'll have BA certification.
  • You have at least three years under your belt and are ready for you're next big challenge.
  • You have strong analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking skills, as well as demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • You have experience with Agile/Scrum and working closely with developers and designers.
  • You have previously worked on web/app development project(s) with a proven track record of developing strong project requirement documentation.
  • Worked within a customercentric design model and have a proficient understanding of web usability and the importance of the user experience (UX).
