Marketing Analyst

What you will do

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying key metrics and trends. Suggest data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance, such as adjusting targeting, messaging, channels, and strategy. Identify opportunities for marketing operations enhancements through the use of automation and process re-design. Design & manage a portfolio of A/B tests to compare different marketing approaches and determine the most effective variations. Analyze and test store-level marketing spend and initiatives and present insights. Identify leading causes of marketing performance variations across stores and platforms. Dive into marketing data such as GA4 and extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders. Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. Gather, analyze, validate, and document both business and functional requirements of stakeholders. Contribute to the design of the Marketing Information Architecture. Participate in the assessment of vendor offerings. Act as a marketing SME on the Information Management team.

What you bring to the table

Related post-secondary education and industry certification. Minimum two (2) years of experience working in marketing analytics or digital media buying. Minimum two (2) years of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Well-developed problem-solving and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Preferred: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint Certifications.
